My doctoral dissertation stays in the field of New Media for Tourism Communication and focuses on eLearning: use of new technologies for training activities with an application into hospitality and tourism sector. In particular my interest is within Destination Management Organizations online courses, created to train travel agents and tour operators worldwide.
